About Our Foundation…
The Kiwanis Foundation of Hicksville, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) corporation incorporated in 1964 as the charitable tax-exempt arm of the Kiwanis Club of Hicksville chartered in 1937. The Foundation oversees all community-donated funds and disperses them upon the approval of the duly authorized officers and directors. Foundation programs include funds for international health initiatives, statewide relief programs, awards and scholarship, holiday and birthday celebrations for children, emergency needs of neighbors, support of local food pantries, local children’s activities & programs, as well assisting other charitable organizations including the Salvation Army of Nassau County and the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island in their fundraising efforts.
