Three 
Kings Celebration
Annual Holiday Celebration at which the Three Kings distribute gifts to needy children of our community, usually held on the first Saturday in January.
Childrens Birthday PartiesBirthday Parties for needy children in our community, usually held monthly, every other month, or every quarter.
Luck of the Irish 
Raffle Fundraiser
Annual fundraiser during the month of March limited to 1,000 numbered tickets (000-999) using lottery numbers from the NY NUMBERS Evening (aka Daily 3 Pick Evening); for straight or combinations matching numbers, winners can get $100, $50, or $10 each day in March.
Youth Awards Annual recognition of Hicksville public and diocesan middle school students who have demonstrated significant improvement in academics or athletics.
Scholarships & Awards for HHS SeniorsMultiple Scholarships & Awards for Hicksville High School graduating seniors.
“Christmas in July” 
Food Drive
Food drive at the local supermarket to support the local food pantries. In the middle of the year, unlike at the end of the year, local food pantries are low on supplies.
Thanksgiving food donationsAnnual Distribution of Thanksgiving bags of food or turkeys to needy families in cooperation with Hicksville Public Schools.
Yard 
Sale
Fundraiser with members and community donated goods. It is usually in spring or fall, almost every year.
Chinese AuctionsFundraisers with raffle tickets for many diverse baskets made by members of our club. These events take place only for major anniversaries and special occasions.
Various FundraisersVarious themed events held to raise money, such as Pasta Night Dinner, Salute to the Veterans, etc.

Sponsorship
Sponsoring Hicksville High School Key Club and sending local children to Kamp Kiwanis.
Prepare Meals at RMHCMaking meals at The Ronald McDonald House Charities of New York Metro in Long Island. (Meals from the Heart Dinner Program).
The ELIMINATE ProjectSupport for the Kiwanis International project Eliminate Maternal & Neonatal Tetanus.

Kiwanis Club of Hicksville currently sponsors the Hicksville High School Key Club.

Key Clubs are designed to teach high school kids about the value of community service and to focus them on the positives surrounding them. Key Clubs get kids involved with many community service activities. Many Key Clubbers go on to leadership positions in the Key Club organization and in other organizations and communities later in life. 
Since the beginning in 1925, Key Club International has supported the transformation of high school students as they graduate and become the world’s next class of leaders.
